Terms and Conditions
All sales with Anime Halifax are Final & Non-refundable (unless they meet conditions below)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is something wrong with it. We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game Merchandise (Singles, Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, etc.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (NM - M), unused , with the original packaging materials. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at animehalifax@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 52 Cranberry Crescent, B2W-5A9, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
For any open orders & pre order cancellation, you have up to 48 hours after payment is received to cancel your order with a 100% refund. After that all sales are final & we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Email animehalifax@gmail.com for the fastest support on this issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately after 14 days we can no longer honor your claim, and we apologize for any inconveniences.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or ALL Trading Card Game Merchandise from Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policies for Anime Halifax
At Anime Halifax, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping policies to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your favorite anime products.
*PLEASE NOTE*
We are a small business, and we do not get highly discounted shipping rates or methods compares to larger toy & game providers like GameStop. We are constantly working to reduce shipping costs for our customers, but we apologize if it does not work for you. Please send an email with any concerns to animehalifax@gmail.com and I will try to assist you regardless as sometimes I can make acceptations.
1. Shipping Methods:
- We use Canada Post & UPS to ship out a majority of our orders Canada-wide, and we utilize other international carriers for products going to the Unites States. You can request via email at animehalifax@gmail.com if you'd like to notify us your preference of company and we will try our best to utilize it, but we cannot guarantee it unfortunately.
2. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience slight delays (but we make announcements regularly on delays via email).
3. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product category of your order. To determine the exact shipping cost, please proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping address or view the following guide for a general overview of shipping prices with examples. ALL ORDERS GET A FREE $100 OF INSURANCE (Any additional insurance coverage will need to be purchased by the customer & we are not responsible for lost packages, stolen goods or damages as a result of the shipping services we use.)

4. Shipping Destination:
- We currently ship to customers anywhere within Canada. If you are located outside these regions, please Contact Us to see if there is anything we can do. We also have local delivery in Halifax Regional Municipality with information listed below.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on our website or the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Times:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times for each method are as follows:
- Local Delivery in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford: 1 - 3 days [Between 10:00am - 7:00pm]
7. Lost or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 14-days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, if you have purchased insurance on orders over $100.
8. International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping methods outside of Canada.
9. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to inaccuracies in the information provided.
10. Return to Sender:
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
